Emma Jackson

I offer collaborative, evidence-based therapy aimed at mental health coaching, with the goal of improvement in well-being. My sessions are a safe, friendly, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore whatever is troubling you, and help get you back on track. My area of expertise is in working with individuals and their families, aged between 12 and 25.

I offer help in the following areas:
-Anxiety and panic
-Difficulty regulating emotions
-Superficial self-harm
-Depression
-Disordered eating, body image issues
-Grief and adjustment
-Social anxiety and shyness
-Stress, life challenges and change
-Sensory issues
-Brief family work
-Parent coaching sessions

I am a registered Occupational Therapist, who has specialised in youth mental health over my ten year career. I hold two post-graduate certificates, in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Child and Adolescent mental health.

Sessions are over Zoom only at present, with an aim to move toward in-person soon.
